Pros

Cool experience, with a ton of interesting people to work with. Most people are young, so great for meeting people if you are just graduating.

Cons

Leadership lacks empathy and blames you for all of their mistakes. I was overstaffed and told that there was nothing that could be done, even though one of my leaders agreed with me. You either keep your mouth shut and pretend everything is great or they tell you that you suck at your job

Pros

Impact: You are part of creating systemic level change for healthcare organizations. You get to be on site and work directly with providers and see how these changes impact their communities. People: Extremely smart and capable. I feel like I can rely on my team in a way I haven't at previous employers. New hires are entry level, so there's a strong community for people in a similar stage of life. Culture: Quirky but in a real, unique way. People are collaborative and celebrate shared accomplishments. The campus enshrines a very specific (and fun!) vibe. Location: Madison is awesome. Benefits: The health insurance is unparalleled. Sabbatical is a super cool perk too. Growth: A lot of autonomy and responsibility allows people to rise to the challenge. Stability: Solid industry, no lay-offs.

Cons

Remote work flexibility: 5 days a year
