High pay for area, great benefits, great coworkers,
Cons
They work folks hard, and you have several crunch times throughout the year where you are doing 10-15 more hours per week for a few weeks. I'm fine with it, and enjoy the crunch a bit, but you need to learn to say no if you don't want to be overloaded with work.
