Great campus, work life balance for my role, and mostly self managed on a day to day
Cons
UX is not a well integrated role into the R&D process. A lot of developers I talk to don’t know what we do. We are treated like a consultant for the most part and only respond to the needs of our app areas, which means workload can fluctuate a lot from week to week
