Given a lot of responsibility & ability to influence early on. Comes with big responsibilities, but provides exposure to leadership at customers that could take many years at another organization. Strong culture that they are very good at sticking to.
Cons
Pressure can sometimes be a lot to deal with, and sometimes it can be very hard to find focus in your work with competing priorities and multiple responsibilities.
