      All of my coworkers were highly motivated, intelligent people. Excellent pay. Loved Madison

      Cons

      Decisions which moved in a top-down direction often seemed out of touch with those the decisions affected most. Hierarchical decision making seemed at odds with Epics self-touted "flat" structure

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
