Pros
The work is satisfying if you like a challenge. It pays well, and the people are great. Since almost everyone is a college grad, everyone's about the same age, so it's easy to find friends.
Cons
People are expected to work about 45 hours, but many times that can turn into 50 or 60. If you have too much work, you're expected to finish it yourself as most people are too busy to help on other people's problems. People will give you tips and help, but you're ultimately still responsible for the huge workloads that they give you. Depending on your customers, you may have a lot of travel. There's only two weeks of vacation; three after two years. It never goes up after that, and they're not terribly flexible about giving you time off if you don't have enough vacation.
