      Pros

      Really smart people. Engaging projects. Get to travel as much as you'd like. Great benefits. Madison is an incredible city.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance. Stressful. Socially isolating (stuck in office all day). Blame is placed on TS for basically everything. IS don't really contribute anything (typical management role), except peskering the engineers to solve the problems. Inconsistent leadership. Cold.

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
