Pros

Compensation is good for the area - only reason the job gets 2 stars. Health insurance benefits

Cons

Work/Life balance is horrendous. 60 hour work weeks will be had, and you better deal with it. You won't get any sympathy from leadership. The lead of my application told me that new hires undergo "Trial by fire". That should pretty much tell you all you need to know. The training you receive is minimal, but the amount of projects and tasks that you need to complete to pass your 6-month and 1-year training requirement is absurd. You are staffed to customers early on (while still going through training) so that you have to juggle a ridiculous amount of high-stress work with very little support offered. You need to take the initiative to get help, or you will drown. Everyone's experience is different because everyone is staffed to different organizations. Due to this, no one really knows what you are going through because it isn't possible for them to be able to. That's the real issue, and the reason why you won't get sympathy from anybody. In general, those who actually stick around without quitting are the ones who have lower-issue-volume customers and haven't burnt out. This creates a negative cycle where the new hires are given high-stress, difficult-to-manage customers, and expected to make them thrive off the bat.
