Pros
Co-Workers are almost always helpful and engaging. Training is extensive and education resources are always available. Best Health Insurance plan available. Decent hourly wage.
Cons
Too many responsibilities and not enough time. A pass-the-buck culture that negatively impacts hourly employees because they can't work overtime. They speak a lot about certain core values, but behind the scenes, many of those values are flexible if not downright breakable.
