Pros

The pay is very good.

Cons

This is a company that punishes work ethic. If you are more productive, they will load you up with more work until you are overwhelmed. As a baseline, they expect you to work at least 45 hours per week. Some week are much higher. They do not respect their employees and their ONLY concern is dominating the market share. I don't know anyone who plans to work here long term. Everyone wants out.

Pros

Impact: You are part of creating systemic level change for healthcare organizations. You get to be on site and work directly with providers and see how these changes impact their communities. People: Extremely smart and capable. I feel like I can rely on my team in a way I haven't at previous employers. New hires are entry level, so there's a strong community for people in a similar stage of life. Culture: Quirky but in a real, unique way. People are collaborative and celebrate shared accomplishments. The campus enshrines a very specific (and fun!) vibe. Location: Madison is awesome. Benefits: The health insurance is unparalleled. Sabbatical is a super cool perk too. Growth: A lot of autonomy and responsibility allows people to rise to the challenge. Stability: Solid industry, no lay-offs.

Cons

Remote work flexibility: 5 days a year
