Pros
The interesting campus and private work environment made Epic an enjoyable place to work. Almost every employee was supportive and helpful, and that combined with how open the company was really made you feel like part of the team. The cafeteria was also a big plus.
Cons
Deadlines tended to cause everyone to rush, causes more work for everyone. The team leads did a good job of distribution, but it was more chaotic than usual.
