Train you from scratch, supportive team, great people (mostly), a lot of opportunity to grow and take on additional responsibilities, high visibility projects and high-impact work given to all tenured employees.
Cons
Not much autonomy, easy to get bogged down in feedback culture, constant turnover, not much transparency in pay and processes behind growth opportunities.
