Poor pay for the responsibility of the role, PA make more than a TF, stress from higher management and from PA'S, not enough time to do job role due to lack of staffing meaning priority is covering shifts,

Holiday pay - can buy holidays
Weekends off (when not put on call)
Cons
Hours - work far too much more than expected with little to no thanks, end up doing up to 50 hours plus a week on a 39 hour contract.
Workload - more & more added to your never ending workload with no end in sight or proper support on this, you are working like a machine & also covering shifts on a regular basis.
On Call - expected to do far & above your contracted On Call, no back up or support is made available for you & the pay of £10 a day is nowhere near enough for the stress of this.
Management Support - do not listen correctly & give empty promises of support & say they will action things but won’t.
Pay - its far too little for what we are doing in this job.
