      Emory provides great benefits and as a large and prestigious company, it looks great on your resume. There is a great work life balance for management level employees. After COVID-19 many positions are hybrid or fully remote.

      Cons

      The pay is not as competitive as it should be considering the company's excellent reputation. Little room for pay negotiation with promotions.
