      Very flexible with work life balance.

      Cons

      Do not pay you what you're worth even when management knows it. Does not increase pay with degrees earned which leaves you open to making the same pay as someone who is entry level.

      Flexible hours, schedule, heavy case work

      The pay is low but I know they are raising the minimum for grad students to 20 an hour September.
