      Not a good experience with their HR services. Made a lot of mistakes in the salary payout and other documentations, very difficult to contact for employee document requests.

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
