No Training as per Contract then Terminates Employee

Competitive salary + laptop provided + hmo

Cons

They’ll hire people on probationary peruod and indicate in the contract that client will provide training and coaching but none of these were provide then client just terminates the employee and Emapta just ok client doesn’t like you so what if client doesn’t provide training/coaching the fact that client don’t like you and gave you low score you are terminated! This company is not for long term. They don’t value employees as they value the money they get from clients. Better find a client as independent contractor rather be employed with Emapta. No employment security. Just for a show.

Pros

What I love on this company is the effectiveness on deploying employees to good clients, from my experience. They are also providing good working space for us to work. Also, they provide training sessions that everyone can take to improve our soft skills, which is I think, essential to employee's career growth.

Cons

My largest nitpick is on the process and the communications within the company itself. It's very slow, and it's impacting the employees.
