      Working here for 2 months is a wonderful experience. They are not your typical BPO company. They will treat you here as a friend and most importantly as a family. Looking forward to the great opportunities ahead in this company.

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
