This is very true.. Without proper notifications, training guidelines.. They just End my Contract in ONE MONTH, no one try to help you Out.. 1 week just reading Module 2nd Week taking calls no proper training.. HR can't help you.. They will just reading the contract that u signed then End. Very Disappointed.. Not Recommended. *Important context:* Since Emapta is an outsourcing company, your "job security depends on client". If client ends contract, they’ll try to reprofile you but not guaranteed. Benefits can also follow client policy.
