Pros
-Attending events (many high level) was a great experience
-You are able to make so many connections in the area that will help you throughout your career
-The clients are kind and fun to work with
-Flexible schedule & work life balance
Cons
-Pay is JOKE. You are misled to believe you will make great commission, but in reality you won't. Also if clients don't pay, you don't get paid
-The CEO will yell at employees all day, even publicly. CEO drives prospects away, and several clients drop. Regardless of your work, you will not be appreciated and you will not be compensated
-Micromanaged
-Over promise, under deliver to clients
-Company is a joke in the community
-Employees are constantly leaving, never staying more than a few months
-No benefits, insurance, 401k, etc.
