I applied online. I interviewed at Elevate (FL) (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2015
Interview
Went through 4 interviews during the process. 1st was with HR for a phone screen, just chatting. Then an offer to interview with the primary head of the department. Followed by the person that I would be replacing (she was moving on to a new role in the company). The last interview, which I did not win over, was the VP of the division. It was an intensive process and I felt very scrutinized by the women I interviewed with. I do understand they are interviewing, but it felt rigid. I ended up not getting the job, but it may have been all for the best considering my gut feeling.

I got a phone interview in October, 2016. It was around 30 minutes long, and like a comfortable discussion. She asked me to introduce about myself and then told about the main products.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Elevate (FL) (Tampa, FL) in May 2014
Interview
Met with the CEO and the Intern Coordinator. They skimmed my resume, asked a few questions related to it and my experience. Nothing complicated, no trick questions, straight to the point.
