      Very hot and poor ventilated work environment. Manual scrubbing of the grill was very hard on the body.

      Pros

      The food was excellent and the kitchen/work area always remained clean.

      Cons

      I accepted this position only the basis that I would only work weekdays and was scheduled for both Friday and Saturday evenings, including my first week on employment after 2 days of training.
