You have the ability to gain knowledge of the food industry from a dominate company in there field.

Cons

Job security is temporary everyone has a targeted job tenure based on the strategic placement by the Chief Operating Officer. Typical Home office movement will take place every September for the past 4 consecutive years Home office staff is rotated, terminated to shake things up and adjust salary payouts.

Management is super fake and passive aggressive, head office likes to micromanage and create rules that reflect how disconnected they are from working the actual job, training is unorganized and rushed.
