Thanks for your feedback. I liked seeing you mention strong training, culture, team and tools - which are all critical to our success. And I see your note that leaders should focus on substantive skills more than big talk! I agree. Squeaky wheels do gain attention but if they can't back it up with a solid roll, that's a serious issue that managers should not only notice but look for. Appreciate your feedback!
