Thanks for your review. I assure you that we do value our employees and your career goals. I'm sorry that you haven't felt that way. I suggest you have an open conversation about how you feel with your manager and if you've already done that with no effect, with a local HR business partner or me directly. Please also check out all of the career management resources available to you on our internal learning platform; I suspect there is more there than you may think. Maria O'Keeffe, Executive Director, US HR

Thanks for sharing your feedback. It sounds like you haven't yet experienced our Candidate Assessment training or formal mentorship program and I encourage you to reach out to HR to see if you can take part in both. The Candidate Assessment is a new recruitment strategy and hiring program rolled out across the U.S. that focuses on hiring the right people for the right roles, based on thoughtful, data-driven decision-making. Our mentorship program provides all levels of staff the opportunity to connect with a mentor anywhere in the world short- or long-term to focus on their goals. I hope you have a chance to participate in one or both soon! Maria O'Keeffe, Executive Director, US HR
