Thanks for your review. I'm glad you find your/our projects interesting but agree with you that isn't enough these days to keep employees engaged. We try hard to offer way more than that. Since you are feeling undervalued and want to be empowered more, I encourage you to have a direct conversation with your manager about how you can grow and stretch. Now is a great time to do that.
