Thanks for your review. Our interns often become our future leaders, competitors or clients and that’s why our internship program is designed to give real work experiences that are both positive and challenging. This helps us all determine if our firm, the industry and the market is the right match all around. While we can’t hire every intern into a full-time position, we successfully hired 38% of our interns last year. We strive to ensure that an Edelman internship is beneficial, fulfilling and appropriately challenging for every individual across all offices and you have my commitment, and that of our U.S. and D.C. leadership teams, to make sure this is a reality for all. Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't share some stats about our diverse representation. Over 25% of our employees in the U.S. are racially and ethnically diverse, while 38% of our new hires since January 2018 were also diverse.
