I can't help but agree with you on Edelman being filled with smart people; it's one of the things about the firm that keeps me motivated and satisfied as an employee myself. I'm disappointed to hear your feedback related to employee churn, however, as our junior staff are integral to the agency and the future leaders for Edelman. While we do our best to keep our compensation, benefits packages and trainings competetive within the industry, I'll work with my teams to ensure we evaluate our programs to support and provide tools to help our current and future employees better manage their work, so thank you for your feedback.
