Pros
You work from home (like a slave!) and that’s it!
Cons
Terrible company, specially the managers, they train new people very poorly, they are rude and abusive right from training. They use threats as a training tactic, they lie about the people you will speak at the phone to, they say they will be people who signed up to receive their call. This is obviously a lie, given the way we are received by consumers when we announce the company's name. We are inevitably ineffective and treated with hostility by customers because of this and supervisors blame you and treat you stupidly. They treat people as if they have no personal life, they demand full time availability from you before signing any contract and they treat you very badly when you can't do what they want, when they want. They require specific equipment and internet plans for you to work for them, before signing the employment contract and without contributing any amount towards these costs. And additionally, you have to complete almost a week of unpaid training before you even know if they will hire you. I definitely don't recommend it!
