Pros
The pros are very limited. I struggle to identify any professional upside to working for this company. The most positive thing that I can say is that some of the co-workers are nice.
Cons
The cons are numerous; no opportunity to advance, management with poor leadership skills, lack of professional development opportunities, and poor communication model.
