Compensation and benefits are good.I like the process of clearance of resignation, it was really fast.
Cons
If you want a good work-life balance, this is not the company you are looking for. There are people in our department that stay for 12hrs for 6days. The system and process are very disorganized. If you want to have your back pay they will tell you to wait for 60days but the really time frame is almost 100days.
