Pros
Good work culture, freedom to express. EXL is a good company to work with. Less work pressure. Management is friendly.
Cons
Increments are worst. EXL don't pay well. Lot of attrition. Food is pathetic. Middle management (Sr. Manager) is not good (it depends on the project you are working for).
