Being a digital organization, there are multiple platforms to reward and recognize people; ranging from global awards to awards at business level. In addition to having direct access to the management team through emails, open house sessions are organized frequently to interact directly with the management. We have other programs to engage employees with the senior management. Wishing you all the best in your endeavors.
Pay is terrible.. work load increases but pay stays the same. Ten cent or less pay increase every year. No room for advancement. A lot of favoritism in office, management trains new hires incorrectly and employees have to
Pick up the slack. There is no respect in office from management to employees. No assistance from management. You get talked at , not talked to like an adult. Management will clock you out if you go over a minute of your 15 minute break, you are expected to tell management when you are going to the restroom and they will contact you while in bathroom. Policies are not followed.
