      - Supportive teams - Less work pressure -Decent as a first job out of college

      Cons

      - There is no performance based appraisal system for non-IIT/non-IIM students, so one can be excellent at their work and still not get any benefit out of it. - Fixed 3-year plan for freshers, with no scope of early promotions.

      Great work/life balance. Good benefits.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
