      Pros

      Flexible work timings. Large number of clients to work for.

      Cons

      Not much to learn in an internship. Very routine work for employees as well. Bangalore office doesn't have any recreation options. Red tape - difficult to switch technologies in the company. Not very dynamic.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
