Pros

Only WFH and good amount of overall paid holidays including SL, CL, PL

Cons

1. The policies of this company are too moronic which hampers the productivity of people for no apparent reason. 2. Upper Management doesn't listen to you for any problems but if client escalates then they will be onto you like wolves after meat. 3. They worship their Client like Gods and treat their employees like daily wage labourers, they are basically the middleman eating into your actual salary for their profits. 4. You'll have to report to 2 managers, maybe more and they will stop understanding unforeseen problems as well...you'll end up working overtime. 5. Office policies are abyssmal..you can't even take your phone with you to your desk...you'll have to lock it up in a locker where it can be stolen. Don't join this company if you have options...do more hard work and land a product based one.

Location, building amenities, nice view

Pay is terrible.. work load increases but pay stays the same. Ten cent or less pay increase every year. No room for advancement. A lot of favoritism in office, management trains new hires incorrectly and employees have to Pick up the slack. There is no respect in office from management to employees. No assistance from management. You get talked at , not talked to like an adult. Management will clock you out if you go over a minute of your 15 minute break, you are expected to tell management when you are going to the restroom and they will contact you while in bathroom. Policies are not followed.
