Overal work environment - Data Capturer EXL Service Employee Review

Not an environment to work in long term. Always getting treated as if you are replaceable. Working long hours but minimum recognition. Alot of requirements needs to be met for you to get your incentive which is a big part of your salary . The job itself is good but not a great work environment. Alot of micro management and bad treatment from senior management. Overall not worth it long term. No healthy work culture. Alot of pressure from above and overall not a healthy and respectful environment.
