Culture-shock with EVERSANA merge: I'm tired of hearing them say it was a culture match. It was not. EVERSANA comes across cold, sterile, and old fashioned corporate.
Promotions and bonus changes: It is insane how hard it is to get recognized financially here. With people getting laid off, taking on more work, and being here since 2019, it is so frustrating to see such slow financial growth. No holiday bonuses, instead offering us swag (do they not see all the posts on the internet making fun of the companies who do that, and how it shows little care to the worker). And pushing back promotion dates is gaslighting.
Affiliate Leads Out of Touch & Cliquey: Pushing back to office without listening to feedback or reading the room. Teammates are uncomfortable voicing their opinions regarding return to office. Also, NY Account Team Leads are cliquey.
