Hi there, Thank you for your review, apologies that I am only just responding despite your review being left some time ago. We have just attended a working seminar to understand how Glassdoor can impact our business and as a result we now recognise the power and importance of an active Glassdoor page. It is always a pleasure to read when employees mention our positive work life balance, since EValue started we have continued to work on this area and aim to review and change based on our employees feedback. Over time and as EValue has grown in size we have kept within our HR strategy that we maintain the positive culture and working environment of a small business and hopefully this is still the case. Since leaving your review, hopefully you no longer have parking issues you had experienced.
