Zoom call. Manager poorly prepared, not in business attire, working from kitchen table. Didn't frame the "meeting". Opened with the job role, didn't ask any questions, just said "so over to you"

Interview
2 stage interview.
Stage 1 involved meeting Product Owner and QA Director. Interviewers went over my CV and questions were focused on personality.
Stage 2 involved meeting Actuarial Team Leader and QA Director. This stage was more technical and involved an excel based test and approx 30 minutes going through software tools and explaining how varying inputs would affect outputs.

Interview
One-stage interview with a line manager with 5 years of experience and another senior person in the company. I arrived for 10am and left by 12. The interview involved a 45ish minute excel test involving systems similar to those they use in the actual role.
