I worked for ESS during the 2022-2023 school year and I very much enjoyed the experience that I gained from substitute teaching and doing paraprofessional assignments.

Somewhat easy application and easy hiring. Can choose days to work and assignments available everyday. Good to get experience in schools if no education degree yet or deciding.
Cons
Same day or very short notice of assignments available (depending on location). Constantly checking app for work. Minimum wage for this important job.
