I am always paid in a timely manner; every two weeks. I choose where I want to work and when.
Cons
Although jobs used to come my way via an automated phone message or their web site, all of the assignments I have accepted for the last year have arrived through a Jobulator app on my smart phone. This costs $40.00 a year. And it works on a first come, first served so you have to be quick.
