Pros

Got to work mostly remote after negotiating a lot during the hiring process

Cons

Miserable people Forced in-office time - no one was ever in the office but we had to still go Extremely low pay Partners are totally obsessed with the sound of their own voice and don't listen to anyone "lower" than them Was warned "not to believe Glassdoor reviews" in the interview but I didn't listen :(

Pros

Interesting projects, flexible work hours, ability to pivot to new disciplines and teams

Cons

Employees are getting squeezed by increasingly difficult metrics, with less compensation, less work won because rates are now set so high. Less and less investment in employees through benefits and upskilling. Managers are spread so thin they can’t give time to their team.
