Pros

diverse project with great exposure. Coworkers are good.

Cons

bad management, full of lies. ERM has been carrying out engagement surveys, but HRs and Partners ignore the true voices. HRs only cater to bosses. Advancement path is too narrow.

Pros

I enjoyed the work environment over there. Co-workers are very helpful when it comes to wanting technical questions answered. Truly an international company.

Cons

ERM employs a very young team. The works they produce, i.e. assessment reports for their clients, show the lack of high level analyses. Not much training from the company to increase the technical aspects of the employees, which in turn reflects a lower quality of work. Not much about the management besides the fact they can't be trusted. They don't have employees' best interests at heart.

Pros

- Projects are very diverse - Great exposure opportunities for certain disciplines - Super friendly colleagues, mostly helpful - New office with a great view - A few really supportive partners in high management level - Committed to job safety - Great place to learn about dealing with pressure and multitasking

Cons

- Staggering workload, everyone is too busy putting out their fires - A lot of partners, only a few are supportive - Promotion from middle to senior within the office is almost unheard of - Unrealistic hourly charge rate and billable hour targets - Growth mindset (in sales, not in people) to an extreme - Aggressive to make project sales, often sacrificing quality of deliverables - Unrecognized and under-appreciated from management - Open office with limited space - IT can use a lot more resources - Gradually cutting benefits - Disappointing annual performance bonus - Perfect place for a burnout
