Pros
On par with other organisations
Cons
This organisation pays below London Living Wage. They lie about budgets. They do not backfill roles and will expect you to pick up the slack. They don’t care about upskilling you. They don’t care about mental health. There is a lot of favouritism and unequal distribution of wealth. There are far too many senior managers doing minimum work for maximum pay. The directors hardly ever come in and will not acknowledge you. The communication is terrible and no one seems to know what they are doing. Bonuses are non existent but you will still be set goals and penalised if you don’t achieve them. The office is always empty. They love to hire on graduates so that they can pay them poorly. They rehire roles in poorer countries as to save money. Awful systems have been implemented that make the job so much harder. Seniors refuse to listen to staff crying out for better systems and processes. No sense of leadership or support.
