Executive management are comprised of incompetent, unethical, bullies who will lie, threaten, and cheat for their own benefit. The inner circle is made up of folks who will brown-nose the CEO who is also someone who likes to keep incompetent but "loyal" puppies around him. No transparency or governance. CEO runs the company like his personal business and makes all decisions with no accountability....not a partnership at all.
