      Pros

      Broad opportunities to connect to client work, and within various industries. Good for entry level.

      Cons

      Feeling undervalued as an employee. Salary adjustments and bonuses don't appropriately compensate. Employee Performance Reviews are very surface level. Company leadership is less focused on employees now, and also more focused on company fiscal performance. Bought out by private equity firm a few years ago.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
