      They have good marketing/sales teams, there is work to be done there as a consultant

      Cons

      Too much focus on sales and billability, no real help with career development and skill set improvement. You feel like a cog, not a person.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
