Helpful coworkers, praise for good work, ability to move up fairly quickly (if you're good at your job)
Cons
The work is boring and will likely not challenge or interest you. There is an extreme push for billability, and your success depends on it. You may not enjoy the work you are doing and tell managers but nothing will change. Working over 40 hours a week is expected but you won't get anything from it. If you are young and without kids you can be sent away for months for work without your consent.
