      Global opportunities to diversify work, good people, encourages employees to travel and work from other offices. Bonuses are good if you do well.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, depending on locale, may need to sharpen your elbows. Tough for training and development. Pay lower than industry standard.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
